About our founder

Demetric Woods,
Founder and CEO

Demetric Woods, native of Tennessee is Founder and CEO of Identify Leadership. Demetric is a graduate of The University of Memphis Herff College of Engineering where he received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, and attended graduate school at Bethel University where he received his MBA. Demetric also continues to grow academically and professionally by being part of the Executive Leadership Program with Cornell University, SC Johnson School of Business.

Demetric also has an impressive professional background that includes extensive leadership experience. He has held multiple leadership roles with top fortune 50 companies including senior executive level support. He also continues to have a passion for higher education, and displays this passion through serving as a college adjunct professor for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math majors. Valuing Partnership and Collaboration, Demetric is also a John Maxwell: Coach, Speaker and Trainer.

Demetric enjoys playing basketball, golf and spending time with his family.
